Registration of a registered partnership

Registration of a registered partnership

A general partnership - a personal company running a business under its own name and not being another trading company. It does not have legal personality. It owns its assets, which are contributions made to the company and property acquired by the company during its existence.
The general partnership agreement should be concluded in writing under pain of nullity. For the establishment of a general partnership, it is required to enter the company in the National Court Register(KRS). Each shareholder has the right and obligation to register the company. A general partnership is entered into the National Court Register(KRS) as an entrepreneur. The registry court should also report any changes to the above-mentioned data. The partnership's company should include the names or companies of all partners or the name or company of one or several partners with the designation "general partnership". It is allowed to use the abbreviation in turnover.
